ProspectFlow is a marketplace platform that connects customers with tradespeople and service providers. We facilitate the connection but are not directly involved in the provision of services.

3. User Responsibilities

Customers

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Communicate clearly with service providers
• Pay for services as agreed
• Provide honest feedback and reviews

Service Providers

• Maintain appropriate qualifications and insurance
• Provide accurate quotes and information
• Deliver services to agreed standards
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly

4. Payment Terms

Service providers pay £25 per lead received through our platform. Payment is processed securely through our payment system.

5. Dispute Resolution

We encourage direct communication between customers and service providers to resolve any issues. ProspectFlow may assist in mediation but is not responsible for service delivery disputes.

6. Limitation of Liability

ProspectFlow's liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not liable for any damages arising from service provision or platform use.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
